How to Make an Iced Green Tea Latte

If you want a refreshing drink to enjoy on a warm summer evening, try an iced green tea latte. The green tea makes this drink both healthy and delicious. It's great drink to enjoy while gazing up at the stars. Here's how to make an iced green tea latte.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Matcha (green tea powder)
  • Low fat milk
  • Honey, sugar, or Splenda
  • Water
  • Ice cubes
  • Blender
Step1
Although you can buy most of the ingredients to make a green tea latte at your grocery store, you may have a problem finding the matcha green tea powder. If you can't find it locally, it can be purchased at healanything.com.
Step2
Place a half cup of water into a microwave safe glass bowl and heat until just below the boiling point.
Step3
Add two teaspoons Matcha green tea powder to the hot water and whisk thoroughly to dissolve.
Step4
Fill a a glass with ice and pour the green tea mixture over ice.
Step5
Add a half cup of low fat milk and stir.
Step6
Add sugar, honey, or Splenda to taste. Enjoy!
