A cool and sweet alternative is a homemade iced green tea latte. Using green tea powder, water, milk, ice and a martini shaker, you can create a refreshing and healthy drink in minutes. Things You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 2 tsp. green tea powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

      Boil 1/2 cup of water or milk. Immediately remove from heat once it reaches a boil.

      Dissolve green tea powder in boiling water in a medium-sized bowl. Stir until you are left a smooth paste. Set aside.

      Fill a martini shaker with the ice, milk and the green tea mixture.

      Shake well to blend the ingredients completely.

      Strain the mixture into a glass with ice and serve.
