    B = BONDING. Engage in bonding experiences with a mentor or colleague who is willing to be your career fitness partner. Choose someone who will motivate and challenge you when you want to quit. Join a support group with co-workers who share similar career interests.

    Alignment

    A = ALIGNMENT. Bring the mind, body and spirit into alignment. Consider the whole person when making decisions that impact your career.

    L = LEARNING. Never stop learning. Remain open to developing new skills that will enhance your career. People who are willing to learn new things about their profession or company are more likely to have job stability and continued career success.
