If you suffer from headaches, you know how unbearable they can be. These are a few techniques that help me.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • shower
  • pain meds such as ibuprofen or acetometaphen
  • mentholatum rub
  • handkerchief large enough to tie around you head.

Step1
Take the appropriate amount of medicine as directed on the label.
Step2
Get into the shower. If you have a message setting, use it. If not, just turn the water on full flow. Let the water hit you directly on the head. Turn the water on as hot as you can stand it. After a few minutes, turn the water to as cold as you can stand it just for a few seconds and then go back to the hot. Alternate between the two. Do this until the pain stops. If it doesn't ease up, move on to the next step.
Step3
Rub some mentholatum on your temples and anywhere else it may hurt. Wet the handkerchief and wring it out. Tie it around your head firmly. Lie down and rest. Hope these tips help!
