Things You'll Need:
- a razor with a new blade
- shaving cream
- warm to hot water
- a soft, clean towel
- Aloe Vera gel or a natural lotion
-
Step 1
Soak you skin in warm to hot water for about 5 minutes, such as in a bath or shower. After that, apply the shaving cream to your armpits.
-
Step 2
Shave your armpits WITH the grain, that means shave in the direction of the hairs natural growth. Shaving against the grain is the worst thing you can do to armpits, and makes them really break out in shaving bumps!
-
Step 3
After you have finished shaving, rinse the areas well with water and dry off. Apply Aloe Vera gel or a natural lotion that does not contain any chemicals to the shaved areas. This prevents any razor rash or razor burn.
