We all know who they are. They are awestruck by everything they see, their eyes light up at the first sight of a local, and they always want to talk. Surely you know I'm talking about tourists! If not then you should read this article and find out how to behave like a tourist!

1. The one thing that every tourist has is a camera. They have to be able to take pictures of every single thing they see, including the locals, much to their dismay. Every store front, attraction, child playing in the street, and sign will be photographed for posterity's sake....and to show off to their friends when they get home. So, be sure to keep your camera handy when on vacation if you want to look like a tourist.
2. The next thing you must do if you want to behave like a tourist is buy a t-shirt from whatever town you are visiting. And, to make it even better buy everyone in the family identical shirts!
3. Ok, you have the t-shirts and your camera is at the ready, now what are you supposed to do to be a true tourist? Well, you have to get to know the locals of course. Ask them every question about their town that you can think of. Directions, legends, population, great places to visit, nothing is off limits. You need to know EVERYTHING about the place and you just know the locals love talking about their home town.
   
   If you happen to know some interesting facts about the location you are visiting be sure to pass them along to the locals. After all, they've only lived there their whole lives so they might not be as up to date as you are!
4. The final thing you need to do to behave like a tourist when on vacation is complain about the high prices of things. It doesn't cost that much to eat at McDonald's where you're from! The attractions cost an arm and leg. Buying any souvenirs is out of the question because you had to pay so much to do anything fun.
   
   These are just a few of the remarks that everyone will love hearing about. They may not know things cost more in their town just because it's a commercial paradise.
   
   If you do all of these things I promise you will be behaving like a tourist!
