Things You'll Need:
- Cabbage Leaves
- Frying Pan
- Small Long Towel

Step 1
Take 3-4 pieces of whole cabbage leaves. Do not wash it, keep it dry.

Heat up the frying pan with low fire. Do not put any liquid or oil.

Step 3
Place the whole leaves onto the frying pan and warm up the leaves. Use a flat spatula to press flat the leaves and turn frequently to heat up both sides of the leaves. Please do not burn the leaves.

Step 4
Place the small long towel on a flat surface. Put the hot leaves onto the towel and wrap the towel with the hot leaves onto the pain area. Be careful! The leaves are hot when touched on the skin. Please tolerate the heat.

Step 5
Hold the towel onto the treated joint or part till the leaves are cooled. You can repeat the methods again on the same spot for another 3-4 times.

Step 6
After treating it, please try to move the joint slowly and feel the immediate amazing result.

on 6/10/2009 When I was young and active in sports, I always have injuries and sprains. Therefore my mum always applied hot cabbage leaves on my sprains and it worked wonderfully. So I can said that it's our generation remedy.

on 5/19/2009 I remember reading about this as a way to relieve discomfort when a new mother's milk comes in. I didn't know the cabbage leaf remedy could used for other pain. Good article.

on 5/14/2009 I'm sorry that you can't microwave it. You have to dry pan-fry it carefully and don't burn it. You've to try it because it really does work wonderfully. Best regards to you.
