Here are a few tips that can help you become better at NCAA football 2009. My strategy guide contains much more content, including in depth descriptions and diagrams.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • EA Sports' NCAA 2009
  • Playstation 3 (or)
  • XBOX 360 (or)
  • Nintendo Wii (or)
  • PSP (or)
  • Playstation 2
  1. Step 1

Learn the best routes against Man or Zone defenses
Hint: Comeback routes are automatic against Man when timed correctly

  2. Step 2

Learn to read defenses before and after the snap
Hint: Use formations such as 'tight' formations and unbalanced formations to do this easily.

  3. Step 3

Learn how to take advantage of the defense
Hint: Run outside against man and inside against zone

  4. Step 4

Know the skills of your personnel
Hint: (Duh) Don't run option with a slow QB

  5. Step 5

Be aware of match ups on defense too
Hint: Try not to match up Linebackers against receivers on defense

  6. Step 6

Use audibles on the fly. This is the perfect way to compliment a good system of reading defenses.
Hint: Pick plays to have choices against several defenses and situations. Use them to catch your opponent off guard with the hurry up offense

  7. Step 7

    Practice, Practice, Practice
Hint: Many repetitions with a play vs. a variety of defenses will help it to become automatic during a game
