Have you been looking for a new occupation? Not prepared for the interview? Here are some easy guidelines to do great in any interview.

  1. Step 1

    Interview Attire: You want to be clean and neat. Dress no less than business causal. For the men, a button down or polo shirt and a pair of dress pants will do fine a tie is optional. Women can wear a dress or dress slacks and top. Do not over dress it could cost you the job.

  2. Step 2

    Practice: Anticipate the questions you might get asked and practice in front of a friend or a mirror.

  3. Step 3

    Know about the job before the interview. Be early to the interview to show your enthusiasm about the job. Carry the necessary documents that might be required.

  4. Step 4

    Question and Answering: Speak confidently and do not start with "I think" or "I feel". Be responsive and alert. When answering questions that have a team setting use "We" instead of "I" example, "We painted the room". You can include your role or part but, do not exclude the team. If the interviewer asks, do you have any questions? Say "yes" even if you do not have any make one up. This will show you are interested in receiving the job. Also, if you are asked about overtime, then always be willing to work extra hours. Your willingness will show you are a diligent worker.
