Step 1

Young, intelligent, good-looking men over 25 years old with a great job that is still living with their parents is a sign that you might be looking at a momma's boy. Find out for sure. Refuses to move out of mom's house.

So you are trying to see what his thoughts are and you decide to play 20 questions. You ask him about his future plans - you know, where he would like to live or simply where he sees himself 5 years from now. The answer is “Momma said, I... ”. Check! Check! Momma is all up in your business.
He just got a big promotion, the one he has been waiting on and talking about. You decide to surprise him with a celebration with a few close friends and then in walks mother and son with the celebration already planned and invitations in hand. Check! Check! Double Check!! Yes, you got it. Looks like you got yourself a momma’s boy. -

Momma comes first – all of the time.
If you like the TV Show "Everybody Loves Raymond" and you notice similarities in your relationship – you said it. You are hooked up with the infamous "momma’s boy". -
Step 6
Competing with mom for son's attention.
You feel like you are constantly competing with mother to be heard, seen - or just plain ‘recognized’ by the son. You heard it here first, girl. You snagged yourself a momma’s boy! -
