How to Find Wide Shoes for Women

It can be extremely frustrating to find wide shoes. It is even more frustrating to try to find wide shoes you like. Every time I take a stroll down a wide shoe section all I see is flat heeled, round toed shoes. These are the best places I have found that have great shoes that are affordable and are actually pretty.

1. 

   Every woman should have a set of basic black flats. They are great for jobs that require you to be semi-formal while you are on your feet all day. I bought these wide plain flats at Wal-mart. While Wal-mart doesn't have the largest variety of wide shoes to choose from; they do have great cheap flats for wide feet.

2. 

   Tennis shoes are pretty easy to find in most stores. Payless is a great store for finding quality tennis shoes on a budget. None of the other wide shoes are actually wide enough though.

3. 

   If you are a flip flop lover and have wide feet there is no better store than Old Navy. I bought these comfortable, wedge heeled, flip flops for two dollars at Old navy.

4. 

   I have found several really wonderful web sites that carry great wide shoes. Zappos.com is my favorite for fun shoes. They carry hundreds of wide styles and they offer free overnight shipping. When I ordered a pair of shoes from them in my size and they ended up not fitting quite right. I called them and they sent me the right size that day with a container to send the first pair back in free. I have ordered shoes from Zappos 4 times now and I have received nothing but the best product, price, and service.
