Ehow.com is a great place to find information on several different subjects. Anyone can pretty much find out how to do anything from the Ehow website. Writers devote a lot of time and energy to create their Ehows, and finding unique topics can be tough. Sometimes you may want to write an Ehow about a certain topic but you find that it already exists in several different forms. A few simple steps will allow you to write unique Ehows and hopefully receive a handsome reward for your hard work.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Ehow account
  • ideas
  • time
  • notebook
  • pen/pencil

Step1
The first thing you need to do is decide what you would like to write about. It is usually best to write about what you know. I find it helpful to take a notebook and write down my ideas. That way i have a record of my ideas and can check on the ehow website to see if they already exist. Suppose you like to cook. Then you can think about recipes, cooking tips, etc and then write them down.
Step2
After coming up with your ideas, sit down at the computer and go the Ehow.com. Type one of your ideas in the Ehow search box and then click search. Be sure the how to articles button is highlighted. Then you will see the results. If that topic does not exist then you can write about it and the topic will be unique. If it does exist, try to rethink your idea to be more unique. For example: How to Cook French Fries--This may be your idea but it already exists. So you could write an Ehow about How to make homemade French fries. This topic would be unique to your original idea. Think outside the box.
Step3
You can also look under the community tab from the home page and find article that people are looking for that have not been written yet. This is a great way to find unique topics to write about. If it is not your area of expertise maybe you can research it and write it.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always check to see if your idea already exists.
  • Always add pictures to your article.
  • Do not plagiarize anyone else material.
