Things You'll Need:
- 45 linear inches carry bag
-
Step 1
"Carry On"
Carry on the maximum amount allowed by the airline. Try to get a middle seat which offer more underneath storage -
Step 2
"Board very early"
There are more space in the overhead bins when you board early. Find out from the airline what is its boarding policy, as some airline board starting from the back window seat, others by zones and other have no particular order of boarding -
Step 3
"Pack Small and light"
Take only items you know you will use, try and put all personal items in the carry on.
Also make sure you purchase a luggage that is not already heavy. Buy a light luggage, this will allow you to pack more items. Most luggage without any items already weighs an average of 5 lbs. -
Step 4
*Exempt Passenger*
1. If you are frequent flyer or Executive Platinum most airline will allow to check a first bag at no cost.
2. Business and first-class travelers don’t have to pay
3. International do not have to pay , unless you are travelling to Canada and U.S. territory, such as Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. -
