Love chocolate chip cookies? Love brownies? If you said yes, then you will love this recipe for chocolate chip blondies! And with this easy Martha White recipe you'll be chewin' them in no time!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 (7.4 oz.) packages Martha White Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 inch square baking pan
  • oven
  • knife
  • GLASS OF MILK! (optional)
  1. Step 1
     

    WARM UP THE OVEN! Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.

  2. Step 2
     

    MIX INGREDIENTS! Combine muffin mix and brown sugar in large bowl; stir to blend evenly. Add butter, egg and vanilla. Stir until well blended.

  3. Step 3
     

    POUR INTO PAN! Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; cut into bars. Enjoy with your tall cold glass of milk!
