Make Quick Ghost Cookies

These cute Ghost Cookies will delight the kids. Purchased Nutter Butter cookies makes this recipe quick and easy, not to mention delicious! Make Quick Ghost cookies for the classroom party, neighborhood Halloween party, or just for fun.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 pound white confectioner' s coating, cut into chunks
    1 16-ounce package Nutter Butter peanut butter cookies
    mini chocolate chips

  2. Step 2

    In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt confectionary coating, stirring constantly. Dip each cookie into coating, covering completely. Set on waxed paper to cool.

  3. Step 3

    While coating is still warm, place two mini chocolate chips on each cookie for eyes. Too cute!
