Things You'll Need:
- Patience
- Endurance
- Imagination
-
Step 1
When getting to the airport, you need first to check in, baggage and yourself. Basically, not too much can be done at this point. Eventually, everyone needs to go through this process.
-
Step 2
iPods are a man's best friend during these times...After going through intense security, you could finally take out your iPod and tune in to favorite songs and MP3s. Make sure all your belongings are in place. Walking around with stereo earphones may not help you notice much.
-
Step 3
Look for a restaurant or cafe. Grab something to eat while waiting. Some restaurants offer great food, some familiar, some local.
-
Step 4
Airports have mini malls. Check out the boutiques and shops. You might be surprised what products and items these stores carry. Discover books, clothes, more music, high tech devices. There's plenty of time, so window shopping or actual shopping can take most of it.
-
Step 5
Aside from emails, load up your hardware with great games! While waiting, and you feel you're just too tired to walk around, take out your laptop. Most, if not all, airports offer Wi-Fi. So surfing the net, checking emails is a cinch.
-
Step 6
Check out the new features of iPhone 3G!No laptop? iPhones, handheld PCs can access the same internet. Browse through that. If you don't have mobile phones with these capabilities, take out your PSP... playing games on this will make time pass by so quickly.
-
Step 7
DVDs no longer need a DVD player for it to play. Convert and download this for your iPod!So, you don't have a PSP... remember your iPod? Before going to the airport, download some of your favorite DVDs on it. There are alot of DVD to iPod converters in the market. Watching movies in airports will never be the same.
