Need to be strong, self confidence, and really determine to let got.

Step 1

concentrate on why the one you love is an ex. Dwell on the reasons a little bit and recall the reasons why you two can't be together
Step 2

Don't close yourself to the opportunity of experiencing a sexual relationship with someone else, if your ex wanted you, someone else will too.
Step 3

If you know you both have already made your choices, you need to make and effort to forget or at least try not to let your feelings about your ex forbid you from getting a hold on to someone else and to move on with your life.
Step 4

Concentrate on giving yourself time to be alone and regain your self teem back. Buy some new clothes, get a new hair cut, work out, make a diet, change the color of your hair and got out with friends to places you've never dared to or never been before
Step 5

Repeat to yourself every time you feel lonely you deserve something much better than receiving your ex charity. Your ex has a new life away from you now and you need to make a choice for your happiness too.
Step 6

Don't waste your life and time with the past, move on and LIVE! Life is short my friend.

on 4/23/2009 Awesome article! I needed to read this because coming out of a bad break up. I caught my boyfriend in the bed with another girl. This was the most hurtful thing to happen in my life time. He wasn't even sorry about doing it and the crazy thing I still had feelings for him. I will be exercising those statments and realize I am very lucky to be rid of him. It's hard because you get use to a person. I don't want to waiste anymore energy on that jerk.

I was engaged, i loved my fiance dearly, for some reason he didn't beleive me, plus we were so busy with work, his MBA and my studies, not to mention I was a foreign living in the USA...sometime I think if we didn't have the visa issue i might have worked. we had to rushed on our engagement. but even after a 15 months that I haven't seen him.....I still love him with all my heart. trust me finding a date is not a problem for me...but he was my soulmate...my love.
