Step 1
To help battle cellulite, lose excess weight. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, and vegetables. Drink plenty of water, and cut out salt, which helps contribute to water retention, which leads to more cellulite.

Dry brush your cellulite. Use a soft bristled brush on your cellulite area, rub in a clock wise motion for about 10 minutes and then a counter clockwise motion for another 10 minutes. You can also message the area in a kneeding type of motion, instead to help get rid of cellulite.

Less stress means less cellulite. Taking up yoga for this is a good idea. They also teach you breathing which helps reduce cellulite too.
Muscle toning excersise are also a good way to help ease cellulite problems.
