1.Bebo: Bebo.com is a social media network where friends share their lives and explore great entertainment.

2. Black Planet: Blackplanet.com is an online niche social-networking site targeted especially for the African American community.

3. Buzznet: Buzznet.com is a photo, journal, and video-sharing social media network.

4. Facebook: Facebook.com is a general social network. Users can join networks organized by city, workplace, school, and region to connect and interact with other people. People can also add friends and send them messages, and update their personal profile to notify friends about themselves.

5. Flixster: Flixster.com is an online database of information about films and actors. It includes social features such as the ability for individual users to review and rate films and to compare their ratings with invited friends to assess compatibility in film tastes

on 7/21/2008 you can add yuwie to the list.. its a social networking site like myspace, facebook,etc. but with a twist. They pay you for having a network .. takes time and effort like any business but results definately are seen with good marketing, strategizing, and good and dedicated friends on your network
