When come to playing guitar, and not just playing, but playing well...Here are a few steps to help you improve, and get better, and maybe even help you become the best.

Things You’ll Need:

• Guitar
• Purpose of Heart
• Determination
• A Desire
• Patience

1. Always start with simple figure exercises to get your fingers warmed up. This applies to whatever style you play. You will place your figures on the strings better, you will be able to pick out individual string better, and you will even strum better.
2. Practice everyday 2 hours a day.
3. Be challenged, be stretched, keep learning and growing. To do that study on your own new things, take lessons, join a group (band) and play with others.
