Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook. To edit your signature you'll need to click on the "Tools" menu. From the "Tools" menu choose "Options." A dialog box will come up.

Choose the "Mail Format" tab from the "Options" dialog box. Look at the bottom of the "Mail Format" tab for the signatures section.

Click on the "Signatures" button. A list of your current signatures will display. Choose the signature you want to edit from the list. Then, click on the "Edit" button.

Make the appropriate text changes to your Outlook signature. To delete an image you have inserted in your signature, select the image by clicking on it and then hit the delete key. Insert a new image by right clicking in the signature box, choosing "Insert Image" from the menu and navigating to the image on your hard drive.

Change the font and alignment of your Outlook signature. Select any text you want to change the format of and use the button marked "Font" below to make the changes.

Save the changes. When you have made all the edits to your Outlook signature, hit the "OK" button on the three dialog boxes you have open.
