Step1
Enroll in a program participating school and receive a nomination from that school's administration. To receive a nomination a student must meet these requirements; complete the first six modules of the online course, be a freshman or sophomore, have no exams during Wimbledon, be physically fit, have a good knowledge of tennis and be available for all the tourney times.
Step2
Pass a test on the court and scoring rules at Wimbledon. This is after a person receives notification from his school of the ball boy nomination.
Step3
Be able to correctly follow instructions and relate those instructions to the tennis court. You must also pass a hand-eye coordination test and demonstrate the physical abilities required of a ball boy at Wimbledon.
Step4
Attend the full Wimbledon training course to verify that you can indeed complete all of the tasks necessary to become a ball boy at Wimbledon. The training begins in February and lasts until mid-June. The training isn't continuous and generally works around each participant's school schedule. There are four sessions per week and each last about two hours.
Step5
Complete the training successfully and then take delivery of an invitation to become a ball boy at Wimbledon. During the training, each participant receives a daily grading and after the completion of the course, the trainee will receive notification of her selection.
