How to Burn a DVD on ImgBurn
ImgBurn is freeware software created by Lightning UK. ImgBurn users have the ability to burn CDs and DVDs from their computer with a user-friendly interface. Burning DVDs from a computer allows you both to free up space on the computer and to play DVDs on other devices.

1
Download ImgBurn and the Video_TS folder from the ImgBurn Web site. The complete TS folder must be downloaded, not just the files it includes.
-
2
Open ImgBurn from the desktop icon, the quick launch icon or from the Start menu. Once the program is loaded, click on "Mode" in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Choose "Build" from the options provided. This opens another window where you create the DVD.
-
-
3
Click the "Browse for Folder" button. This looks like a folder with a magnifying glass on top of it. Find the "Video_TS" folder you downloaded and click "OK." Choose "Browse" again, then select the video you want to burn.
-
4
Select the calculator from the bottom of the screen. This calculates and inserts the settings into the window. It gives you the number of files, number of folders, file size, the minimum required media and the free disk space. Under the device tab, select the speed for the DVD to write and the number of copies you want to make.
-
5
Under "Change Book Type," select your device. At the bottom of the screen choose DVD-R and click "OK."
-
6
Choose the Labels tab. In the first and third box, type the name of the DVD you are burning. Click on the image that looks like a folder, an arrow button and a CD, and then click "OK" to begin burning. If there is no DVD in the DVD drive, you get an error message. Click the "OK" button in the window that says "Operation Successfully Completed."
