4. Stock new propellers that are commonly used on boats in your area. Many propellers cannot be repaired and you can include a nice margin in your profit by selling new ones. If you don't have room to stock propellers, then keep catalogues available and work out a relationship with prop manufacturers so you can receive dealer discounts. Mark them up so make your profit, and do the installation as well.
