Instructions

    • 1

Drill a 1/8 inch hole in the 14 inch square top and place a screw into the hole. Tie a string to the screw and a pencil to the other end and adjust the length so you're able to create a circle on the board. Cut along the line with a jigsaw and sand the edge of the board.

    • 2

Shorten the string by 1 inch and make another circle. Use a router to hollow out the center to a depth of ΒΌ inch. Sand the inside and stain or paint the top along with the base and handle if desired.

    • 3

Turn the tray of the portable lazy Susan on its back and install the bearing base in the center by marking the mounting holes with a pencil, drilling and securing with the provided screws. Ensure the mount is tight and the top spins easily but is secure. The top must rotate smoothly without catching or hopping.

    • 4

Place the handle onto the top and mark the screw holes with a pencil. Drill a 1/8 inch hole through each mark and screw the handle in place. Load the portable lazy Susan and you're ready for the next big family gathering.
