Step 1
Choose your platform. Dragon Ball Z is available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation3, and it is the first of the game series to come out on both platforms. If you're purchasing for a child or a friend, make sure that you know which system she has. The technology is different, and the same game is not compatible on both consoles.
-
Step 2
Visit your local big box store. Target, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Toys R' Us, and other big corporate retailers have sections of their stores devoted to gaming. It is likely that a copy of the game is currently on the shelves of your local store.
-
Step 3
Try GameStop or another gaming store. Devoted only to video games, these stores are a good option for buying Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit and other games in the series.
-
Step 4
Order online. Atari's website has links to retailers that sell the game. Although shopping online doesn't offer the immediate gratification of an in-store purchase, it does offer a high likelihood of success. If you're having trouble waiting, request rush shipping.

Step 5
Find an adolescent in need of a few extra bucks. If none of the above options work for you, locate a teenager of your acquaintance, and ask him if he or any of his friends have the game. Offer to purchase it for an above-market price.
