The AARP's official website offers a range of free games that individuals can play online. Playing games can help keep the mind sharp and it's entertaining at the same time. With the AARP's site, you can play games like Freecell Solitaire, Disco Bowling, Mahjong Garden and Jigsaw.

Step1
Visit the AARP's official website. The site contains a range of information, articles and activities for individuals. Click on the "Leisure" tab at the top of the website and then on the "Games" tab when you arrive at the new page.
Step2
Choose the free game that you want to play. The site has many games to choose from and you can find additional games by clicking on the link on the left hand side of the page for strategy, card and word games.
Step3
Click the "Play Now" button on the page for the game you want to play. This opens the game window. Click on the "Help" button in the game window to find the directions and rules for the same. Play the game using the directions provided.
Step4
Join the AARP community in order to keep track of your scores. You'll find a "Sign Up" button near the top of any page on the site. It's free to sign up and you'll just need to provide some basic information, a user name and a password for your account.
Step5
Log in each time you return to the site to play games. By providing your user name and password, you'll log into your account once again. You can chat with other members or play games from your account.
