How to Make a Virgin Piña Colada

The Virgin Piña Colada is a nonalcoholic version of the legendary rum drink. This recipe serves one.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Groceries
  • Blenders
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Highball Glasses
  • 1 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 2 oz. cream of coconut
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 c. crushed ice
  • orange slice

Step1
Blend cream of coconut, crushed pineapple, pineapple juice and ice until smooth.
Step2
Strain into highball or collins glass.
Step3
Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

Tips & Warnings

  • Canned crushed pineapple juice in syrup is better for a sweet drink; use unsweetened pineapple juice for a less sugary flavor.
