How to Make Iced Chocolate Coca-Cola

The tastes of strong coffee, chocolate and Coke combine to make this a sweet and delicious cold drink for all seasons. This recipe makes four servings.

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 c. double-strength hot coffees
  • 2-1/2 c. hot milk
  • 4 tall glass
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • large jars
  • whipped cream
  • 1 1/2 c. chilled CokeĀ®

  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate

  • 1 c. double-strength hot coffees
  • 1 1/2 c. chilled CokeĀ®
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2-1/2 c. hot milk
  1. Step 1

    Melt unsweetened baking chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot water.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in granulated sugar.

  3. Step 3

    Slowly add coffee and mix well.

  4. Step 4

    Add hot milk and continue cooking until all the chocolate is dissolved and the mixture is smooth - about 10 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Chill the mixture.

  6. Step 6

    Combine the mix with the chilled cola when ready to serve, and then pour over ice in tall glasses.

  7. Step 7

    Top off with hot coffee and a dollop of whipped cream.

Tips & Warnings
  • To make this drink into a tasty dessert, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
