How to Make Champagne Smoothies

A Champagne smoothie is a chilled, fruity drink that can be made with or without alcohol. This recipe serves two.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Champagne
  • Orange Slices
  • Sprigs Of Mint
  • Blenders
  • Drinking Glasses
  • 2 c. chopped fresh strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 tsp. grated nutmeg
  • 1 c. any flavor low-fat or nonfat yogurt
  1. Step 1

    Put yogurt into a blender.

  2. Step 2

    Add chopped berries and nutmeg.

  3. Step 3

    Blend until smooth.

  4. Step 4

    Pour into tumblers, filling each glass three-quarters full.

  5. Step 5

    Top off with chilled Champagne or other sparkling wine.

  6. Step 6

    Stir gently to combine.

  7. Step 7

    Garnish with mint sprigs and an orange slice.

Tips & Warnings
  • Chilled sparkling water or ginger ale can be used instead of Champagne.
  • Add a little lemonade or a small amount of lemon juice if the drink tastes too sweet.
