Things You'll Need:
- Champagne
- Orange Slices
- Sprigs Of Mint
- Blenders
- Drinking Glasses
- 2 c. chopped fresh strawberries or raspberries
- 1 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1 c. any flavor low-fat or nonfat yogurt

Step 1
Put yogurt into a blender.

Step 2
Add chopped berries and nutmeg.

Step 3
Blend until smooth.

Step 4
Pour into tumblers, filling each glass three-quarters full.

Step 5
Top off with chilled Champagne or other sparkling wine.

Step 6
Stir gently to combine.

Step 7
Garnish with mint sprigs and an orange slice.
