on 12/16/2007 Just put your hand under a rock, pull them out and hold them by the shell directly above the claws, they cant pinch you if you hold them properly

on 11/22/2005 You need a fishing pole for this tip. Make sure your fishing line is about 10 lb. test or higher. Tie a raw piece of chicken to the end of the line and cast a couple feet away from the dock. Wait 'til you feel a tug. After that, reel in and net the crabs.

on 11/22/2005 Tie a chicken neck or other meat to a strong string. Drop the line in the water, making sure the chicken neck hits bottom. Tie the other end to your boat or dock. When the line moves, pull up slowly and net the crab.

on 11/22/2005 You can also use cans of dog food with holes punched in the can for bait to catch crabs. A screwdriver works well as a punch.
