How to Shop Locally at eHow

Sometimes you just might prefer to shop in "brick and mortar" stores instead of Internet stores. "Shop locally" helps you to find stores in your neighborhood that sell whatever items you need to get the job done.

From the eHow Home Page

1. Go to the eHow home page.
2. Click on the "Shop" tab along the right side of the page.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Shop Locally" link.
4. Enter the type or specific name of the business you're looking for.
5. Enter the city you're shopping in and select the state.
6. Check to see that the information you've entered is correct and click on "Find Businesses."
7. Use the "Business by Category" or "Business by Name" links, under advanced search options, to select from a list of businesses and business categories.
8. Click on "Search Near Address" in the left column and follow instructions to find the business nearest to you.
9. Click on "Government Search" in the left column to find government offices and executives.
