on 11/17/2008 Always try to make the body as warm as possible. Always wear socks, sleep with blanket though it is Summer. Let the sunlight warm the body, the runny nose will go away.

on 1/5/2006 The best herb that I have used in fighting a flu is Andogrphis paniculata. This herb is widely used in China, India and other Asian nations, and even in Scandinavia. Western medicines which I used to take when I have a flu make me feel drowsy and have other side effects. A. paniculata is most effective if you take it on the onset of a flu. I used to take tablets which are made out of the powdered whole plant. Normally I take 6 tablets 3 to 4 times a day. Taking 4 tablets before sleep prevents flu as well. This herb is widely used to treat gastro-intestinal diseases, infection of the urinary tract, jaundice, mumps and infection of the lungs, eyes, etc. You can find lots of information online.
