Whether you plan to camp out in the wilderness or cruise the groom's favorite nightspots, make sure your soon-to-be-wed friend will never forget this special event.
Discuss potential dates and times with the groom and then confer with the rest of the wedding party.
Step2
Try not to involve the groom in anything except choosing the date, venue and guest list.
Step3
Tailor the party to fit the personality of the groom-to-be. If the groom's a big hoops fan, go to an NBA game, for example.
Step4
Solicit ideas from the other attendees.
Step5
Estimate costs ahead of time, and factor in cover charges, drinks and cab rides. Avoid collecting money during or after the event.
Step6
Arrange taxis or designated drivers if alcohol is part of the evening's plans.
Tips & Warnings
Organizing a bachelor party is traditionally the responsibility of the best man.
Even though this is your buddy's final night as a single man, arranging a last fling is not appropriate. Do your best to put the bride's mind at ease.
Bachelor parties don't need to focus on booze and strippers. Consider group events such as paintball, golf or houseboating. A commemorative shirt for everybody can be fun. You can also consider asking the groom what he wants to do, but don't make any promises.
If the bachelor party is the night before the wedding, make sure the groom isn't going to be hungover or otherwise incapacitated for the ceremony.

We went to Montreal using Montreal VIP and it was great. Using them, we got room for six and a free bottle of champaign at three different dance clubs for about $100.00 each guy. VIP offered a lot, but, going up and down Elizabeth Terrace was nice. During the the day we played paintball and gambled. We drove to save money, but did everything over 1 weekend and back by Sunday night.

Try Montreal for an amazing and economical bachelor party destination. The cities nightlife is amazing and very affordable. The are also tons of strip clubs downtown that offer full contact lap dance for only $8. I also recommend trying a VIP service such as Montreal VIP to take care of all the arrangements and help keep everything within budget. My brothers bachelor party in Montreal cost less than a night at a strip club in Vegas. The city is quite a gem and is definitely worth a look.

You should be clear on what they will be paid and what the tip expectations are ahead of time. Even so, they will invariably try to ratchet up the bill. For example, you'll agree it's $200 all-in, and then when you pay them the $200, they'll say that they work for tips and another $40 per person is expected. All you can do is be clear, but never pay upfront. Unless you're holding some cash that you owe them, there's too much risk that they'll say it's another $40 per person. If you don't pay, they just leave. Always hold at least half back until they've fulfilled their part of the bargain.
