      Keep hydrated and well-rested by drinking water as soon as you see the dark color and get additional sleep--even a 15 minute nap--to help reduce the circles. When you know you're prone to dark under eye circles you should do this on a regular basis to prevent them from occurring in the first place.

      Grate a cucumber and mix it with lemon juice and lanolin, if you have it. Close your eyes and apply the mixture, let sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

      Purchase a product with either vitamin K or almond oil in it made specifically for the skin under your eyes and apply it directly to the dark circles. Put this cream on under your makeup.

      Apply a concealer under your eyes after putting on foundation or powder. Putting concealer on top of your other makeup helps you to see where you still need some cover-up. Use a color that is not too light as this will instead draw attention to your eyes.
