- Heavy weight foot moisturizer
- Plastic tub
- 2 tbsp. sea salt
- Pumice stone
- Cuticle stick
- Toenail clippers
- Nail file
- Olive oil
- Plastic wrap
- Socks

Get started on your perfect summer feet by applying a heavy weight foot moisturizer each and every day, massaging it in thoroughly. The best time to apply moisturizer is after bathing; however, you might apply your lotion several times a day to calluses or problem dry skin.

Fill a plastic tub with warm water and add 2 Tbsp. of sea salt. Soak your feet for 20 minutes and then use a pumice stone to remove dead skin and calluses. Soak your feet again and repeat the pumice scrub if necessary. Soak your feet at least twice a week in preparation for summer.

Use a cuticle stick to push back cuticles after soaking your feet. Once you have finished, apply a moisturizer to your feet.

Take advantage of soft supple toe nails after soaking to trim and file your toe nails. Make sure that you always trim your toenails with special clippers, keeping the cut as straight as possible.

Soften and remove calluses by applying a generous layer of olive oil to your feet before bed and then wrapping your feet with plastic wrap. Put on a pair of socks and leave them on overnight. In the morning, remove the socks and plastic wrap and remove a bit of the calluses with a pumice stone. Repeat nightly until your feet are smooth and soft.
