3. Download Comodo Firewall Pro. This program provides security alerts and suggests actions to take.
4. Block programs temporarily if you're not sure what they are. Look up the program on the Internet for the next time it comes up. If it's a dangerous threat, block the threat permanently. This way, you won't receive any alerts involving that particular threat, as the program will automatically block it on subsequent occasions.
5. Read the tutorial for the program you choose, so you can learn to use the program effectively. Firewall programs are effective, but you'll need to train them at first.
