Removing Feces Stains From Clothing
Step1
Find a detergent that has enzymes in it, like Biz or Axion.
Step2
Squirt the feces-stained fabric with the detergent. If the detergent is a powder, make a paste by adding water and applying it to the stain.
Step3
Use an old toothbrush to work the detergent into the fibers of the fabrics so the enzymes can break down the feces. For large or particularly bad stains, consider allowing the fabric to soak overnight.
Step4
Wash the material in warm water. Verify that the feces stain was removed before you dry the fabric.
Remove Feces Stains From Upholstery or Carpet
Step1
Mix a tiny amount of liquid dishwashing detergent in 2 cups cold water. Stir gently to mix the two together without making bubbles.
Step2
Use a white cloth to work the detergent thoroughly through the feces-stained fabric.
Step3
Rub gently until the feces stain is gone, then repeat this process with clean water to remove the detergent.
Step4
Repeatedly wash the area with clean water and dry by applying pressure with a clean white cloth. You need to remove as much of the detergent as possible to avoid making the area sticky, which attracts dirt.
