How to Replace Text With a Graphic in Word
If you have an existing document, there's a simple way to replace specific text with a graphic in Microsoft Word 2007. Use the "Find and Replace" feature to find text within your Word document and replace it with a graphic from the Office clipboard.

Start Microsoft Word 2007 and open a document that contains text you want to replace with a graphic.

Insert the graphic anywhere into the document. Select the graphic by clicking on it and use the keyboard shortcut of CTRL+X to cut the graphic from the document and place it on the Microsoft Office Clipboard.

Select the "Home" tab at the top of the Word 2007 screen, if necessary, so the Home ribbon is displayed. Click the "Replace" button from the "Editing" section of the Home ribbon. The "Find and Replace" dialog box will open.

Type the text from the document that you want to replace with a graphic in the "Find what" text box. Enter "^c" (without the quotation marks) into the "Replace with" text box.

Use the "More" button in the bottom left corner of the dialog box to view more features.

Click the "Special" button in the "Replace" section of the dialog box and choose "Clipboard Contents" from the list of items.

Choose the "Replace" button to find the text you have entered in the "Find what" text box and replace it with the graphic you have placed on the clipboard.

can someone tell me how to take a row of email addresses in word and separate with a comma using the find and replace feature? Thanks
