How to Make a Lunch Bag CD Cover

If you're looking for a new and creative way to make gift covers for CDs, making them out lunch bags is a fun and easy project. Just follow these steps, and soon you'll be creating personalized CD covers as gifts for your friends and family.

Things You'll Need

• Paper bags
• Scissors
• Rubber stamps, markers or other art supplies to decorate the gift bag

Instructions

1. Put a CD in a paper bag. Don't unfold the bottom of your paper bag.

2. Cut off 1 1/2 inches from the top opened part of the paper bag. Fold over the remaining top part of the paper bag, and then fold it into the bottom fold at the back of your bag.

3. Decorate your paper bag CD cover with rubber stamps, silkscreen, your own homemade linoleum cut print blocks, drawings or anything else you want to finish the gift bag. Use the name of the recipient to create a design, or incorporate an object that they like, such as a flower or a picture of an animal.

• You can use either brown paper bags or colored ones for this project.
