Step1
Think about the season and the weather you expect during your third trimester, and shop accordingly.
Step2
Buy at least two pairs of good leggings, one black.
Step3
Search your husband's closet for button-downs and large T-shirts, and wear them with your leggings.
Step4
Wear fitted T-shirts when appropriate - under baggy overalls, for instance.
Step5
Buy new undergarments to allow room for your growing breasts and belly.
Step6
Accessorize. Even after the baby comes, you can wear that new scarf, hat or jewelry.
Step7
Explore secondhand stores. You may find some great bargains on maternity clothes worn only once or twice.

on 9/2/2008 In the UK, cravematernity.co.uk have a high quality range of maternity clothes. I went to a recent wedding for one of my best friends and was saved by a Crave dress, did not make me feel frumpy at all. Other maternity retailers offer similar garments, but Crave does have good prices.

on 5/19/2008 Oh my gosh! I definitely understand not feeling like you possess the GLOW! I am on my third pregnancy and every time I get pregnant I am miserable with what I call all day sickness. Preggi Pops help to a certain extent but so does looking good. I know it sounds silly but if I feel confident it helps me feel like maybe I do have the glow. It is true that you need to be aware of the time of year plus not that if you are like me your hormones cause you to feel a lot warmer than you really are. I buy a few special pieces that I love from stores like Melissa Renee Maternity, they have a $5 flat shipping so I like that. You can check them out at http://www.melissareneematernity.com

on 11/22/2005 I am a plus sized mom-to-be and I thought I would be spending a ton of money on maternity clothes. I researched online (a lot). While there are stores that sell plus sized maternity clothes, I found e-Bay to have lots of options in sizes, and of course, low prices. Some women never wore the clothes! You will definitely save money!

on 11/22/2005 Buy plus-size shirts and tops. Chances are, they are less expensive and it will be easier to find the latest styles to wear. Plus-sized shirts are made bigger in the chest and belly area but you won't feel like you're wearing a tent.
