How to Make a Royal Gin Fizz

It's the egg that elevates this gin fizz to royalty - and gives you some valuable protein. Serves one.

• ice
• 1 tsp. sugars
• 1 eggs
• 1/2 fresh lemons
• liquor
• highball glasses
• cocktail shaker
• cocktail strainer
• 1-1/2 oz. gin
• club sodas
• stirrers
• Club Sodas
• Ice
• Liquor
• Ice
• Cocktail Shaker
• Cocktail Strainer
• Highball Glasses
• Stirrers
• Highball glasses
• 1/2 fresh lemons
• 1 eggs
• 1 tsp. sugars
• 1-1/2 oz. gin

1. Fill cocktail shaker with cracked ice.

2. 
    

   Add egg, sugar and gin.

3. 
    

   Squeeze half a lemon into the mixture.

4. Shake six times.

5. 
    

   Strain over 2 ice cubes in highball glass.

6. Fill glass with chilled club soda.

7. 
    

   Stir twice.
