The taste of citrus comes through strongly in the orange fizz, a variation of the gin fizz. Makes one serving.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 tsp. sugars
  • liquor
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juices
  • cocktail shaker
  • 2 oz. orange juice
  • cocktail strainer
  • 2-1/2 oz. gin
  • club sodas
  • collins glasses
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1/2 oz. triple sec
  • cracked ice
  • Club Sodas
  • Cracked Ice
  • Liquor
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Collins Glasses
  • Collins glasses
  • 2 oz. orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. triple sec
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juices
  • 2-1/2 oz. gin
  • 1 tsp. sugars
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  1. Step 1

    Fill a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.

  2. Step 2

    Add gin, orange juice, lemon juice, triple sec, sugar and orange bitters.

  3. Step 3

    Shake five times.

  4. Step 4

    Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.

  5. Step 5

    Top with club soda.

  6. Step 6

    Garnish with an orange slice.

Tips & Warnings
  • Mixed drinks contain alcohol, so use moderation.
  • Never drink and drive.
