on 8/8/2006 Pull your handlebars up pretty far. Then push up and then forward. A lot of people just tend to push forward but make sure you push up also.

on 8/8/2006 1. Have your bike pedals parallel with the ground, one foot forward, one foot back (which foot you place forward is your decision).
2. Lean back and put your weight over the back tire (make sure you are comfortable, don't lean too far).
3. As you lean back, pull up with your arms.
4. Once you get the bars high enough, (about chest height), roll your body weight forward and let the pressure off your feet, as if jumping.
5. Land smoothly.
Tips: try hopping sewers grates or cracks in the road, then move up to street curbs or small objects.

on 8/8/2006 1) Ride at a comfortable speed.
2) Point your pedals 45 degrees down, so that your toes are facing downward.
3) Pull up the handle bars, throw your weight forward, and pull up the back(just lift your feet at an angle).
4) A proper bunny hop would be complete if your front wheel is off the ground, and both wheels land at the same time.
5) Practice your bunny hop until you get about 2-3 feet of air and you can start trying to grind.

on 8/8/2006 First, keep on riding at a low speed, lean a bit forward, level your pedals so you're parallel to the ground, bend your knees and jump up. While jumping, don't forget to pull your handlebars up as hard as you. This needs about 5 or 6 days of practice and you will master it.
