Things You'll Need:
- Padded Push-up Bras
- Blush
- Body Glitters
- Foam Pads
-
Step 1
Buy a Wonderbra, Miracle Bra or other padded push-up bra. These are made for enhancing the look of your breasts.
-
Step 2
Insert foam pads into your bra. Place them in special pockets built into the bra, or place them in the cup under the breast.
-
Step 3
Choose a material that hugs and draws attention to the bustline.
-
Step 4
Apply blush, a shade darker than your skin tone, between the breasts to suggest shadows and cleavage. A touch of shimmery glitter on top of each breast will highlight the rounded top and make it appear fuller.
-
Step 5
Wear a tight Lycra top over your bra and under your shirt to add an extra layer.
-
Step 6
Stand up straight.
-
Step 7
Do exercises that strengthen the pectoral muscles and lift your breasts.

on 6/30/2006 One of the best tips for making breasts look bigger, but only on days when you won't be with some dude who will discover your secret, is to wear dual bras. When you do this, the job of the bottom bra is to push them together, so make it a padded push-up. Then you buy a top bra that is a size bigger in the band and cup than you would normally wear. It should not be a push-up, but should be padded. This dual bra trick serves to round your girls out on the sides and makes them look big from the side view.

on 11/22/2005 Don't wear tops that are low, but only shows a little bit of cleavege, that'll make them look smaller. Instead wear striped tops. Strech your back and walk up straight, good posture make your breasts look bigger. Most improtantly, eat right. If you eat a balanced diet, with lots of protein, you will get a nicer shape with bigger boobs

on 11/22/2005 This is the best way to make your breasts look fuller in a bra - and without padding or fake inserts. The Moulded Cup Bras' cups are a little thicker than regular underwire bras' cups. You have probably seen them, the cups of Moulded Cup Bras stand up in a breast-like shape by themselves even when they're hanging on the coathanger.
You wear one a little larger in the cup size than what you usually wear. I don't mean so that you have a lot of spare room, but just so that they're not tight or perfectly fitted to your breasts. The bras still give you adequate support, but they just kind of fill in the gaps where your breasts aren't very full, because they stand up by themselves under your clothes! They make my breasts look larger at the sides, viewing them straight-on. They also make the area on my chest, just where my breasts start look fuller, as if my breast start a little higher (but not too high) making them look more round and larger. These bras make me look nearly a cup size bigger, and I don't feel fake because there's no padding!

on 11/22/2005 Using a gel insert or cotton insert inside your bra, will push them up and make them look larger. However, where you place the inserts in the bra makes an enormous difference on the overall shape you will get. I find that if you place the inserts directly under the breast (parallel and as close to the under-wire as possible) and along the side of the bra closest to the armpit, it supports the bottom and side, pushing the breast outward, and forming a rounder, more voluptuous look. Placing the inserts anywhere, or parallel to the front of the bra, will emphasize the bottom portion of the breast, and will give you less cleavage.

on 11/22/2005 Victoria's Secret has good bras, but they still place the breasts too far apart to have great cleavage. I twist the middle of the bra (in front) to bring the two sides together. Put it on and you have instant cleavage! Shade with blush, and you're ready to go. :)
