How to Pan-Fry Meat

Pan-fry thin, tender steaks and chops; tenderized, cubed meat; cutlets, ground meat and liver.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Paper Towels
  • Paper Towels
  • Paper towels
  • Skillets
  • Skillets
  • One Cup Cooking Oil
  • Pastry Blenders
  1. Step 1

    Pat meat dry with paper towels if damp.

  2. Step 2

    Put meat in medium-sized frying pan with a little cooking oil.

  3. Step 3

    Brown meat over medium heat in uncovered pan.

  4. Step 4

    Turn occassionally until cooked.

  5. Step 5

    Season as desired.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try using a pastry blender to cut ground beef into small pieces after browning.
