How to Play Colander Head

This is a good drinking game to play at a party. It's a word game, but does not require one to be an English major to enjoy it.

• Colanders Or Strainer

How to Play

1. Three to four people sit in a circle.
2. A person is chosen to start the game. This can be a volunteer or one person can decide.
3. The chosen one puts the colander on his/her head like a hat.
4. At this point the player with the colander yells out that he/she is a colander head as many times as needed until everyone is agreed.
5. After the colander head's affirmation, the game begins.
6. The colander head starts by saying a word. It can be any word that is used at the beginning of a sentence.
7. The next player in the circle adds a word to the sentence and this continues around the circle of players.
8. Players can use any word they want as long as it makes sense and is correct grammatically.
9. The round is over when a player can't think of a word, a player laughs or if a player can't use a word in a sentence correctly (either structurally or grammatically).
10. The player who made a mistake then has to drink and the colander is passed to him/her.
11. The game continues with the new colander head beginning a new sentence and continues as before.

Tips & Warnings

• It is a good idea to decide how much people will have to drink when they foul up.
• To play the game correctly, you must use proper English and grammar!
