Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Square Feet Of Aluminum Foil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon peppers
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  1. Step 1

Salt and pepper a whole, sectioned or filleted fish.

  2. Step 2

Spread a tablespoon of butter along the length of fish.

  3. Step 3

Wrap the fish in a double thickness of aluminum foil.

  4. Step 4

Place the fish on the hot coals of a diminishing fire.

  5. Step 5

Cook for about 20 minutes for a 10- to 12-inch fish.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure to keep the seams of aluminum foil face up while in the fire. This will ensure that butter will not run out when it melts.
