Things You'll Need:
- 1/3 Cup Sugar (try Organic)
- 3 TBL Cornstarch or 6 TBL flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 cups Silk Soy Milk or rice milk or almond.

Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients with a whisk to make sure there are no cornstarch lumps.

Slowly, 1/3 cup at a time mix in your soy, rice or almond milk.

Turn the heat on your stove to medium high and cook, stirring constantly, until pudding becomes thick. Stir one minute more.

Pour into dessert dishes or leave in pan, but cover with plastic wrap that is touching the pudding to avoid a pudding skin. Refrigerate till cool or eat warm.
