How to Train Like Kate Moss

Supermodel Kate Moss is known for her thin waif-like figure. In order to maintain this tiny body, Kate must work out regularly in addition to following a strict diet. Although not everyone will look like Kate Moss when they are done, following her fitness routine may cause weight loss and improve physical fitness.
