Interviews are morphing into a whole new monster. The one-on-one interview is a thing of the past. Now, you can have two people interview you at once and with bigger companies, you can be interviewed by an entire team of people at a time. The first time around can be daunting, but you can build up your skills and handle an interview with two people with ease.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Use your brain power to remember names, faces and facts. In interviews, note-taking is looked down upon and should be avoided. If it helps, when you are introduced to the two people who interview you, repeat their names after they are given.
Step2
Look at the person who is speaking to you as they ask their questions, but feel free to make eye contact with both people interviewing you as you answer. As usual, keep your answers short but to the point.
Step3
Do your research to find out the two people who will be performing the interview. The more information you can find out about who they are and what position they hold the better prepared you'll be for the interview process.
Step4
Find the friendlier of the two faces and use that person to feed your confidence while answering questions during the interview.
Step5
Handle a job interview with two people by being confident and at ease. The best way to ace an interview with more than one person is to show the interviewers that you can take the pressure and pass with flying colors.
